• JavaScript: Used on both the client and server side to improve the user experience and manage application logic.
• Multer: Express middleware for file management, used in uploading product images.
• Passport: Authentication middleware to manage user authentication in the administrator panel.
• MongoDB: NoSQL database used to store product information and user authentication information.
• bcryptjs: Library for secure password encryption, used to protect user passwords stored in the database.

Principal functions

Administrator Panel: Only users with administrator permissions can access the administrator panel. From there, they can create, edit, and delete products. Product Display: Products created and edited in the administrator panel are displayed on the main page of the application. User Authentication: Use Passport to authenticate users who access the administrator panel. Image Management: Multer is used to upload and manage product images. Database: Product information and authentication data are stored in a MongoDB database.

Store Mission:

Our store's mission is to provide dog owners with high-quality products that enhance the lives of their pets. At the same time, our essential commitment is to allocate all the income generated by sales to foundations dedicated to the protection and care of dogs that are homeless or in vulnerable situations.

Shadowsell acts as a digital point of sale that operates through the web. Allows the Users transact and manage their inventory from anywhere with access to Internet.

Implemented Technologies:

Node.js: Shadowsell uses Node.js in its backend to guarantee performance fast and efficient in handling requests and data in real time.
HTML, CSS and JavaScript: Shadowsell's frontend is built with a combination of these fundamental technologies. HTML provides the structure, CSS defines the style and JavaScript brings the interactivity.
MongoDB: The platform stores and manages data using MongoDB, a database NoSQL data that facilitates flexible and scalable manipulation of information.
